Double roller mill type-MQ
This is the latest roller-type mill for food designed to meet the needs of the times. It has been designed to be particularly hygienic, allowing easy dismantling and assembly, and it is also equipped with an automatic controller allowing automatic operation using flow sensors for the raw materials. Moreover, the roll replacement unit is easily removed pneumatically, and the use of a touch panel enables easy switching between screens.
Two-step roller mill type-MUSV
Two consecutively arranged upper and lower mills enable efficient milling of materials to achieve the required particle distribution. The main roller, bearings and pressurizing part have been combined into a newly developed, original unit, allowing quick replacement of the roller.
Double roller mill type-MU
This is a double roller mill developed for livestock feed and industrial use, particularly in pursuit of performance, maintainability and safety. It has an integral structure consisting of the upper and lower (base part) frames, both of which are made of stainless steel, and the roller unit is located at the top of the lower frame.
Single roller mill type-RMKT
This is a simple mill in which a pair of light rollers instantly mills raw grains, buckwheat, spices, polymers, activated charcoal, etc., into the desired particle size. It is compact, allowing easy installation.
Two-step roller mill type-RMTD
This is a multipurpose two-step roller mill for milling grains. It has been developed in pursuit of milling efficiency and quality, as well as boosted capabilities. It has also been designed with priority placed on operability and maintainability. The two pairs of upper and lower rollers are operated by separate drive systems enabling the setting of different rotational frequencies and gaps between the rollers.
ROLLER MILL Compact Type MTR

The roller cover can be replaced with an optional SUS roller cover. A feeder can also be attached.

High-speed hammer mill type-HMC
This is a swing-type hammer mill used for milling main feedstock ingredients such as maize and milo, and auxiliary feedstock such as soybean and fish meal, mainly at mixed feed factories. Raw materials fed into this machine are instantly crushed by a high-speed hammer and impact plate, and passed through a screen before being discharged from below. It is a high-performance, reliable machine used at many oil and feed mills.
Hammer mill type-HME
This is a hammer mill used for, e.g., secondary milling of raw grains and auxiliary feedstock at, e.g., mixed feed factories. This machine consists of the main body of the mill, which has an internal rotor with hammers arranged around the periphery, and a direct drive motor. Raw materials fed into this machine are instantly crushed by a high-speed hammer and impact plate, and passed through a screen before being discharged from below.
Flaking roller mill type-FR
This machine makes highly palatable flakes of high feed efficiency by pregelatinizing grains (maize, milo, barley, etc.) through steam heating, roll pressing and drying. The pressing force of the rollers is of the highest standard in the world.
Inline detacher type-ID
This machine will contribute to improved quality and yield by weight. It has been developed with the aim of assisting milling, or loosening flakes. Raw materials fed inside from the top are struck by the fast-spinning rotor with pins, and the inner wall of the frame. The level of impact determines whether the materials are milled or loosened. The model is a type that allows installment along pneumatic transportation ducts.
Inline attacker type-IE
This is a state-of-the-art machine developed as a countermeasure against insects to ensure the safety and security of food. The impact from a pin mill destroys the eggs and larvae of noxious insects that may have contaminated wheat products. The highly effective destructive power of the machine has won high appraisal from numerous customers, and its production has been increased. It can be installed inside suction and pressure transportation lines, and its simple structure enables easy maintenance.
Impact slayer (destroying of unwanted materials, killing of insects, etc.)
Unwanted materials in food powders are thoroughly destroyed by the power of impact, boosting the effectiveness of killing insects and eggs.
Breaker type-MHBD
This machine breaks up hay cubes (cubes of dried hay) into sheets to make them easier for cattle to feed on. The shape of the teeth on a pair of rollers ensures the breaking up of cubes into sheets. The gap between the rollers can be adjusted to suit the size of the cube.
Fine miller
This machine has a sturdy assembly-type frame making it highly durable. It also has a forced cooling device for cooling the machine even when its temperature rises during rapid milling.
Dual centrifugally-cast chilled roll
These are chill rollers for which both the rollers and machine boast overwhelming popularity for their reliability. They are made through centrifugal casting, realizing uniform surface hardness and heat conduction, as well as zero pinholes. The desired chill layer is formed by pouring white pig iron for the outer layer, and grey pig iron for the inner layer separately in a double centrifugal casting method.
Roll Flour Mill Package (wooden sieve box) (Brand:YANAGIHARA)
The roll mill, sieve, elevator, and tank are integrated into a single unit. Since the system is driven by one 3-phase, 200 V, 2.2 kW motor, it can be put into operation immediately with simple electrical wiring. The processed product is collected in the sieve box.
The machine is equipped with an electromagnetic switch and an ON/OFF switch. To operate it, simply install a 15–20 A circuit breaker and connect the power cable to the terminals of the electromagnetic switch.

In order to limit the heat generation during crushing and to obtain flour characteristic of grinding with millstones, the rotation speed is set similar to manual speeds, and a one-time milling method is employed.
The standard method of crushed buckwheat supply is random dual-dispensation, where the drop location changes with each rotation.
