This apparatus sterilizes bacteria on grains. Its biggest characteristic is the use of high-frequency energy to generate superheated steam, which is sprayed to sterilize the surface of grains at normal pressure. The time taken for sterilization is also very short, minimizing the heat stress on the grains.
This machine takes samples of products on the production line at particulate matter factories. It takes samples from product conveyers, and places them in sample bottles. After sampling, the table is turned manually or automatically to allow consecutive sampling. The sampled products can be used for, e.g., internal inspections.
