This is a double-shaft, multilayer flow mixer with large paddles that enable high-precision mixing while being gentle on the raw material.

This drum coater has a polygonal cross section, as opposed to the circular cross section of conventional drums, to improve maintainability.

The Turnable Ribbon Mixer can be flipped over for easy discharge and cleaning.

The vessel can be inverted to collect and discharge the remaining material by pulling the lid forward. A limit switch automatically stops the machine during inversion for safety. Designed for low-volume production, it handles 1–2 bags (25–50 kg); larger loads may require longer mixing times. Model RB550R is also available with a capacity of 4–6 bags (100–150 kg).
