Classification machines

Plan sifter type-FS-TS
This is a high-precision sifter for mass processing all kinds of granulated substances. It can sort particulate raw materials, milled products, etc., into to two to four types. It can streamline the sieving process, boost capacity, reduce running costs, etc., ensuring stable, safe product quality management.

Junior sifter type-JAD
This is a compact machine capable of sifting a variety of granulated substances, including flour, livestock feed, foods, chemicals, medicines and plastics. It can sort particulate raw materials, milled products, etc., into to two to four types. The sieve is made of aluminum making it durable, resistant to temperature changes, and airtight. It is also resistant to grime and allows washing in water for greater hygiene during use.

Bran finisher type-BF
This machine separates the endosperm from the inside of the wheat bran. Raw material fed into the top of the machine is thrown against the peripheral screen by the rotating beater to separate the endosperm from the bran. The bran is discharged by a bearing beater. The separated endosperm goes through the screen and is discharged through the lower hopper.

Vibro-sifter type-VSF
This machine sifts particulate matter that is difficult to sift. A beater (impellers) rotates inside a vibrating cylindrical sieve, and the raw material is thrown against the inside of it to sift the material as it is fed into the sieve in a vortex. Fine powder which passes through the sieve is collected in the rapidly vibrating lower hopper, and coarse material is discharge from the end of the cylindrical sieve.

Purifier type-MPU
This is the latest model after repeated improvements were made to it. The numerous improvements have boosted semolina extraction to the highest standard. It is a vibratory motor type that is easily maintained. The flow rate can also be managed digitally.

SIFTER Compact Type TS3
A rotating testing sifter developed for use in grain size analysis.
Five sieve stages can be set up, and material which passes through the bottommost sieve stage can be removed from the device during
operation.
The TS3 can be switched to either continuous operation or time-based operation.

Aluminum square sifter type-MTSF
A special extruded light alloy is used for the frame. Moreover, it has a special welded structure making it highly durable. It is sufficiently durable to handle long-term use or use under harsh conditions.

Rotary dresser type-RRD
This machine separates foreign material, large lumps and contaminants in the raw materials of, e.g., mixed feed.
