This is a gravity separator that uses the difference between the specific gravity and air resistance of grains to realize extremely high-precision separation. The vibrating table, shaken by the vibro-motor, has a screen on the bottom, while on the top is a hood with an air duct and a raw material feeder. The vibrating table can be tilted lengthwise or sideways relative to the direction of vibration. The raw material flows across the screen as the heavier material moves up the screen due to the vibration, and the lighter material is blown toward the bottom by air. Material of medium weight is separated and discharged via various outlets in the middle.
Ideal for separating materials of sizes that are difficult to separate using sieves or aspirators, such as wheat, barley and rice, or granulated materials with little difference in weight.
It is used to separate wheat, barley, rice and other types of grains.
